This is our standard list. If you already have a checklist, send it and we'll use yours instead.

- Change sheets and pillowcases, make the beds
- Dust nightstands and surfaces
- Empty trash and check under beds for anything guests left
- Vacuum and mop
Bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect toilet, shower, tub and sink
- Check floors and drains for hair
- Clean mirrors and fixtures
- Set out towels the way you like
Kitchen
- Put dishes away or load the dishwasher
- Clean counters and sink
- Wipe the microwave inside and the stovetop
- Wipe appliances outside and take out the trash
Living room and last check
- Dust and wipe surfaces
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Put things back like your listing photos
- Walk through the whole place before we leave

Can you clean between check-out and check-in on the same day?
Yes, that's most of what turnover cleaning is. Tell us your check-out and check-in times and we'll schedule around them.
Do you change the sheets?
Yes, every time. If you want us to wash the sheets and towels too, that's an extra.
Can you use my checklist?
Yes. Send it to us with any photos of how you like the place set up, and we'll follow it.
How do you get in?
Most hosts give us a door code or a lockbox. We'll set that up with you before the first clean.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring our own. If you prefer certain products, we can use yours.
My rental allows pets. Is that OK?
Yes. Just let us know so we plan extra time for pet hair.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the place and how often you need us. Fill out the form and we'll give you a price. New hosts get $30 off the first clean.
I have more than one listing. Can you take all of them?
Tell us how many you have and where they are, and we'll work out a schedule that covers them.
